Kale is on the top list when people think of eating healthy. But just because something is healthy does not mean it can’t taste good! Kale chips is an easy recipe for a nutritious and delicious snack or side dish. It’s also a great introduction for kids (and adults) to eating and liking kale. No lie in my opinion, it resembles the taste of a potato chip!
Kale is a leafy green cruciferous vegetable, so naturally it is a good source of fiber, vitamin K, C, and A. It nutritional benefits can help prevent heart disease, diabetes, and cancer because of its fighting oxidative properties, fiber, and chlorophyll.
