Certifitied Personal Trainer and Registered Dietitian nutritionists Carlie Saint-Laurent have a intimate and real discussion on the keys to living a nutritious life, effectiveness of HITT training, and how to properly fuel your body before, during, and after working out over a cup of morning coffee, capuccino, tea, or cocktail.
Jump into a beginner/intermediate level 30 minute HITT workout routine and then a delightful breakfast.
Breakfast: strawberry, kale smoothie, vegan protein packed pancakes, turkey bacon, boiled egg, sauteed potatoe, onions, peppers, and spinach
NYC Phyiscal Therapist Dr. Winnie discuss the faux pas on common exercise workouts and how to combat tension, aches, sores, and pains.
The Alchemist finishes off the event through a 30 minute meditation
