About the event

Join me over these 3 days to focus mindfully on your eating. Each day there will be one small but impactful challenging task to help you bring attention to your food in a compassionate and graceful way. This is an email challenge so reply daily after completing each task directly from the email and for bonus points also post in the FB  group. At the end of the challenge 2 people with the highest points will receive prizes!
