About the event
Join me over these 3 days to focus mindfully on your eating. Each day there will be one small but impactful challenging task to help you bring attention to your food in a compassionate and graceful way. This is an email challenge so reply daily after completing each task directly from the email and for bonus points also post in the FB Â group. At the end of the challenge 2 people with the highest points will receive prizes!
